Job Title - Deputy Manager - Warranty Support (International Market Experience) Location - Faridabad Experience - 10 - 14 Year Job Requirement: Create warranty related policies, procedures, work instructions and promote their effective and efficient implementation. Assist in managing transaction logistics including quote comparison, term negotiation, facilitation and arrangement of delivery. Process and file warranty claims, track and provide monthly reporting on specific warranty and technical service KPIs. Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off. Follows up on payment of outstanding claims. Files and maintains all service records as required. Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.
