SAP_ MM/WM Sr. Consultant / Manager. Experience: 5+yrs Engaged in extensive SAP client engagements at a large scale. Maintain a track record of consistently delivering quality client services, ensuring high-quality work products are delivered within designated timeframes and budget constraints. Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are regularly updated on project status and anticipated outcomes. Skillfully manage client service delivery expectations. Demonstrate self-initiative with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortably engage with clients on a daily basis. Collaborate effectively within diverse teams, leveraging various skills and backgrounds to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate should possess either a bachelor's degree with approximately 5 to 15 years of relevant work experience, or a master's degree with approximately 3 to 5 years of related work. experience. A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, with an MBA or Business Undergraduate degree being highly desirable. SAP certification/s are also highly preferred. Key qualifications include: - 5+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics, including direct and indirect procurement and inventory management, along with participation in full life cycle implementations or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with SAP Materials Management integration to PP, SD, FI/CO, QM, IBP, PS, etc. - Experience implementing SAP MM/LE/WM in an industry environment. - Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration, batch management, MRP, and warehouse management. - Proficiency in executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements, as well as functional specifications. - Demonstrated ability in project documentation, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies. - Experience with SAP S4 HANA is preferred. - Expertise in inventory management, direct and indirect procurement, accounts payable, and enterprise asset management. - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills, coupled with a keen interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills. - Demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter who thrives on new challenges and quickly adapts to learning new knowledge. - Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects with strong work ethic
