Must be Experience:
=> Candidate must have at least 6 month to 5 years experience into sales with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
=> This job is includes outdoor sales (Candidates must be required to do field work also). => Must have experience into direct sales in Retails Liabilities products & financial investment product with the following products i.e. CASA, Life Insurance (LI), General insurance (GI), Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), Mutual Funds (MF, Real Estate, SIP, Golds, Bonds Etc.
Role & Responsibilities:
=> Managing Front line sales & Business Development, Increase business revenue. Generating sales through Retail Liability products Like: CASA, FDs Li / Gi & Personal Loan etc.
=> This job is includes outdoor sales (Candidates must be required to do field work also).
Job Description: - Acquisition & Deepening of Saving Account & Current Account (CA/SA) for the branch.
- As part of sales job, incumbent is required to do field work.
- Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
- Speed and efficiency in services rendered.
- Going beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products. Enhancement of customer value.
- Cross-sale of retail liabilities asset products.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-Day)
- Generating revenue through third party (Retails liabilities & Assets products).
- Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.
- Relationship Management with the Channels and Franchise for business development.
- Relationship Management with the Branch Employees and Manager of the bank at partner branches to increase the revenue.
- Key customer calls (Private Banking customers).
- Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by branch.
Salary Package:
o Annual CTC of Rs.2.00 to 4.40 Lac per annum plus performance based high Incentives.
o Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per Bank policy).
Candidate Desire Profile :
- Age should be 20-29 years only.
- Good communication (verbal and written skills).
- Ability to speak in local language and English.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of Banking products & services.
- Understanding of local market and captive client base.

Education Qualification:
o Minimum Graduate with any stream Or
o Post Graduate with any stream.
