The Autocad Designer will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural and construction drawings, space planning, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure project success. Prepare structural details and concept design models for various. building/EV charging sites for construction. Responsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement Creation and maintenance of the software template files to ensure standards. Create Revit families in response to project requirements. Automate routines to support standards and productivity. Must be fully conversant with technical software such as Revit Structures, ACAD A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ProjectWise is essential. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members Experience creating and modifying architectural drawings in Autocad 3D Experience creating and modifying construction drawings in Autocad 3D Experience with space planning and design in Autocad Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
