Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the travel agency. Record and categorize all financial transactions, including payments, expenses, and revenues. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies. 2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments. Monitor and collect outstanding receivables. 3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Generate financial reports for management to support decision-making. 4. Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Participate in special projects or assignments as needed. Provide financial expertise and support to various departments within the travel agency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree knowledge of accounting. principles and regulations. Proficiency in relevant accounting software. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
