Job description The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare IT technologies like Nurse Call Systems and OT integration or into hospital infrastructure technology like Pneumatic Tube Systems. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Identify prospects and close business deals. Work independently and bear the potential capability to carry entire responsibility of projects. Qualifications Diploma / bachelors degree in Electronics / IT/Commerce/Marketing with an added Degree / MBA in Sales Management. (optional) 3+ years" experience in Sales / Product management of high valued IT technology/infrastructure solutions in healthcare Understanding of IT technology in terms of hardware as well as software solutions. Previous background in projects or in medical gas pipeline is helpful. Ability to adapt and apply product sales based on complex client requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willing and liking to travel extensively. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets with a zeal to learn and determination to win. Strong written and verbal communication skills and capability to Network well with the end-users and Decision makers. Previous experience in selling High Valued Hospital Device/Data integration solutions/infrastructure solutions preferred. Extensive knowledge and relations with key customers and corporate hospital Location : Mumbai Territory : Pan India
