Reference: 23000W0H Responsibilities Specialist Service Analyst IRM (IT Risk Management): Responsible for managing the IT Risks for GBSU/GBIS. The candidate will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of IT Risk Management, IT Service Management, Cyber Security, Technology Audit, and/or other IT, security or risk related topics. RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE: Steer IT Risk - Analysis & Reporting on a monthly basis. Ensure IT risk governance with CIOs, RPMs & ITRM Champions on a monthly basis. Steer risk remediation to ensure BU/SU are compliant with group risk appetite. Ensure BU/SU are autonomous in their ability to steer their IT risk management. Promote IT Risk culture through conducting awareness sessions for GBIS community. Review Risk Scenarios, KRIs, Controls and assist IT process owners enhance their process risk maturity. Support during audit missions with data gathering and response plans where required. Should be able to manage Tooling Requirements. of IT Risk Management . Proficiency in MY SQL, Power Query , Advanced Excel is needed . Required Profile required PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: Total 5 to 8 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) role or similar (Technology/IT Audit, Internal Audit, IT Consulting, etc). At least 4+ years of experience in IT Risk Management. Hands-on experience/good knowledge on IT Service Management, Cyber Security, Info Security & Business Continuity topics. Knowledge of IT Security standards and procedures, and Infrastructure security. Manage stakeholder relationship with CIOs, RPMs, Risk Champions and Global counterparts. Ability to provide training, conduct workshops/awareness sessions. Proficiency in MY SQL, Power Query , Advanced Excel is needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate/Post-Graduate. Professional Experience in Banking/Financial Services operations, ITES organization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: CRISC and/or ISO 31000 Risk Management Implementation.
