/ Job Profile DAY TO DAY: Lead and manages the Financial Business Services India delivery, with delivery teams located in Trivandrum, Pune, and Delhi Implementing the Global Service Line Financial Business Services (FBS) vision, strategy and customer engagement; and driving people and delivery of FBS India - contributing to the AZ Services and AZ Services | FBS portfolio of services and capabilities Defines and establishes best-in-class Finance processes and operating model that will scale with FBS growth. Drive appropriate consistent processes across the globe and coordinate regional efforts towards global process standardization while allowing flexibility locally only when required Responsible for FBS India delivery (as performed by local FBS delivery locations/ hubs), and implements the ongoing harmonization & standardization of Finance services & processes across OEs in Allianz Group Supports the FBS transformation towards E2E-driven globally integrated. platform solutions ("industrialized operations") - together with FBS Romania and FBS Mauritius; steered by GSL FBS lead and in close alignment with Global Finance Division H2 of Allianz Group. Ensures compliant service delivery with internal and external policies and laws, including local tax and accounting laws, financial, control, tax and treasury policies of DLL Collaborate with other FBS Leaders in Romania & Mauritius, and Finance Practice Executives/ Seniors in serving clients globally, developing differentiated Intelectual Property and capabilities, and building a world-class team Ensures that FBS India delivery performance and annual plans are in line with budgets and forecasts, and competitor performance regionally/ locally Proactively contributes to the formulation of the organisation's strategy and business plan, supporting it with financial forecasts and implementing plans for Financial Business Services ESSENTIALS: Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Controlling 8+ years delivery experience gained in the financial domain of a customer-driven international financial service organization is a must. Excellent Finance/ Accounting Operations technical skills. Excellent analytical skills, influencing skills, initiative, assertiveness, and decisiveness Able to think beyond the boundaries of your own services delivery hub in end-to-end processes and drive efficiency and quality improvements in the Financial Business Services catalog. Strong project management skills Internal Experience in a leadership role with the ability to energize diverse and inclusive teams as well as to connect the different stakeholder and customers within AZ Services and AZ Group Experience working with the market serving clients, pursuing business opportunities, etc. to build strong relationships and trust and exposure to global services issues and trends (outsourcing, offshoring) Competence in change management and able to translate necessary changes into operational and tactical plans and prepared to be hands-on in the operations when required.
