Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Traffic Controller at Skye Air Mobility located in Gurugram. The Air Traffic Controller will be responsible for supervising and managing air traffic, controlling airspace, operating radar equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety procedures. Qualifications Coordinating with for new flight permissions etc Be conversant with protocols set by AAI, DGCA, MoCA, Air Force Be aware of regulations of drone and flights by the Police or regional authorities . Liaise with AAI, DGCA, MoCA, Air force and other relevant authorities to obtain timely permissions for new flight plans. Be conversant with UTM nuances and adherence to all related rules and regulations Maintain detailed understanding of technological advancement in flight planning solutions. Monitoring of daily flights at Skye Air. Managing communication through the UTM dashboard at ATC. Suggest advancements to current procedures and for Automation of redundant tasks. Administration of UTM settings/database and monitoring. Suggest best practices in drone operations and execution. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an Aviation/Airline Flight Operations related position e.g. Air Traffic Controller/Manager. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills- Hindi and English. Knowledge in aviation topics including - Airspace Communication Navigation and Surveillance requirements, Pre Flight planning and Checks and Post landing protocols, Air Traffic Services, ATC. Knowledge of Drone operations and drone performance shall be preferred. In depth Understanding of AAI, MoCA, Air Force & DGCA flight planning regulations shall be preferred. Understanding of Current and emerging drone technologies and related softwares in an operational context shall be preferred
