Opening for Insurance Sales Associate in Thane location(On Payroll).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate + Min 6 Months of outbound sales Experience.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Day Shift
• Age till 30
• Salary Range: 14k to 21k Net + Unlimited Incentives.

Job Role:

• Primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, build rapport, and persuade them to purchase insurance coverage tailored to their needs.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Address customer questions and objections to facilitate the sales process.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
