Job description
- Good Command in telephonic Communication with Fluent English and any south language, customer service experience.
- To look after the whole gamut of CRM function. She will be responsible for post-sales activities. - Developing harmonious relation with customers.
- Acts as a single point of contact for clients right from design confirmation until handing over. - Handling Customer Interaction via e-mails, phone calls.
- Maintaining the track sheet. Updating the project status on a regular basis - Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the project status.
Job Timing - 9 hrs rotational shift in between ( 9am to 9 pm ) Required Candidate profile
- The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - The ideal candidate should be ready to accept challenges and possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Experience required Minimum 1yr
- Experience in Customer service handling Inbound calls
- Good knowledge of basic computer applications
She must be well versed in Phone collections , retention , Case conversion , Cross selling and Escalation Handling.
