Job Title: Pharma Sourcing Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharma Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sourcing, supplier relationship management, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The Pharma Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of pharmaceutical products and services. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company's pharmaceutical procurement needs. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business objectives. Manage supplier. relationships, including conducting regular performance reviews, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risks. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop sourcing solutions that meet their needs. Develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sourcing performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the sourcing process. Manage and optimize the procurement process to achieve cost savings, improve efficiency, and minimize supply chain disruptions. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharmaceutical products, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements. Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts and pricing terms with pharmaceutical suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
