1. Operates independently to provide technical production support for finance systems (majorly SAP) using HelpCentral incident management system. 2. Works on complex issues where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of data and systems. 3. Support month end financial close including fixing the RCA for issues and perform period close activities. 4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive scale and efficiency. 5. Acts like a team lead to determine procedures and methods and may coordinate activities of other employees. 6. Provide SAP technical training to finance users. 1. Minimum 5-8 years of SAP FICO & FSCM consulting, implementation or production support experience, preferably in multinational company. 2. Experience in SAP Treasury module is beneficial. 3. Support experience in iRecon, eApproval, GMACC and other O2C apps is desirable.
