Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at our hotel in Ujjain. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, monitoring customer service, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience in hotel management or customer service Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field Fluency in multiple languages is preferred Relevant. experience in luxury hotels and previous experience working in Ujjain or other culturally rich destinations would be beneficial
