We have successfully serviced more than 100 corporate clients and managed several large International / Domestic Groups and many Corporate events across the Globe. Role Description Executive -Operations /Assistant Manager -Operations / Manager -Operations These are full-time jobs, on-site role in MICE Operations located in South Delhi. The MICE Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing MICE operations for various clients, including itinerary planning, vendor management, logistics, budgeting, and quality assurance. The MICE Operations Specialist should be able to travel and work flexible hours, as required by the role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, or a related field Minimum 2 -10 Years years of experience working in MICE operations or event management. (Depending on Position applied for) Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing vendors and suppliers Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in travel and tourism industry is a plus Fluent in English and Hindi If you possess all the above skills and are passionate about working in a leading event and travel industry, we encourage you to apply for this role
