Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking. The Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking will be responsible for transaction execution, transaction management and front end role for placement. The role is based in Thane. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Debt Syndication and Structured finance An CA/CFA/MBA Finance or equivalent; This is a mid level role and the person is expected to do execution Strong analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, a logical and. systematic thought process, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements ; Strong communication, interpersonal & team skills with an aptitude to develop / maintain relationships with intermediaries and relevant institutions; Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modelling ; Monitoring market trends and closely tracking sectors to support investment / divestment making decisions; Constantly developing and renewing industry / sector knowledge as well as macro and regulatory changes;
