We have Vacancy for Customer Service Engineer Located in Andheri MIDC Mumbai

 

Position Purpose:

We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company.

- The service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.

- To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism. Ultimately, an outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.

- service Engineer should support and respond to the concerns of outside customers and also offer technical support to companies who have issues with our products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -

- Communicate effectively with Sales Team and their clients also with the foreign principals to maintain existing relationships.

- Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.

- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets

- Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales

- Input new sales inquiries into the companys database and update program files in the database as needed.

- Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to increase productivity of sales

- Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization

- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings

- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales Head.

- Retain a knowledge of venues, restaurants, tours, etc. to provide accurate assessment of particular needs of sales team.

- Create proposals and contracts that accurately reflect the services requested. This includes: word processing, creative writing, costing and research

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Sales, Marketing etc

- Computer skills - Ms-Excel, word, MS windows, Internet, and Power point, Ms. Outlook

- Good Typing Skill

- Salary Range: 25000 to 30000
