Job Responsibilities:

• Calling potential students / parents and persuade them to walk-in to the Centre for
• counseling session or course enquiry.
• Generating promising leads / walk-ins for the counseling team to close admission.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly admission targets with
• respect to call volume and sales.
• Managing student database effectively and efficiently and keep it updated.
• Giving timely follow-ups to students / parents and convince them for admissions.
• Developing and sustaining strong relationships with students to encourage referral
• business
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and convince student
• rejections to positive outcomes.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of courses offered to make suitable
• recommendations to students / parents based on their choice and preference of course.
• Accurately maintain record of all tele-calls made with updated status.

Profile:

• Undergraduate / Graduate
• Should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Proven experience working as a Counselor
• Generate enquiries / walk-ins and achieve weekly targets.
• Should be able to follow sales scripts
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
