Company Overview: Holistique Beauty, renowned for its D2C services, has made waves through its collaboration with the LG group, bringing popular Korean brands like The Face Shop to the market. Building on this success, we later introduced leading Japanese luxury skincare brands such as Belif and DHC. Since our establishment in 2018, Holistique Beauty has flourished, capturing the Indian market with the launch of The Face Shop skincare brand. Recently, we unveiled our private label, Six AM Glow. Our online and offline stores cater to both general trade and modern trade businesses. Additionally, our directors also hold influential positions in Value tree Ingredients and Workstore Limited (formerly STAPLES), focusing on B2B operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights for business improvement. 2. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to optimize customer. segmentation, personalization, and recommend products to enhance the overall shopping experience. 3. Implement AI and ML algorithms to enhance various aspects of the Ecommerce ecosystem, such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization. 4. Leverage data from various D2C channels, including website to identify opportunities for customer engagement, retention, and conversion rate optimization. 5. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs related to D2C marketing efforts and customer behavior. 6. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Experience: 1. Proven track record of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, and ML, with a strong preference for prior experience in the Ecommerce industry, especially within a D2C company. 2. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in Data Science, such as Python or R. 3. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications in solving real-world problems. 4. Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation techniques to prepare data for analysis. 5. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus. 6. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Data Science and Ecommerce. Qualifications: 1.
