Job Description

: Key Responsibilities: Synthesis, purification and characterization of chemical intermediates. Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities for drug discovery. Work collaboratively in a team to drive chemistry projects forward. Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field or M. Pharma (Specialised in Organic Synthesis) with 0-1 years project experience. Technical and Functional Skills: Excellent knowledge of basic organic chemistry with mechanism. Good knowledge of Name Reactions & functional group transformation. Good knowledge of molarity, normality, equivalency. Practical experience in thin-layer chromatography, column purification and extraction. Good understanding of NMR, IR and mass spectrometry. Behavioural Skills Interest to adapt and knowledge of laboratory safety. practices. Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic research environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS-Word/Excel/Power point/Chemdraw) Good Soft & Scientific Communication skills
