Job Description

FrontEnd Developer Looking for an experienced WordPress developer to support development, maintenance and management of Corp and Country affiliate sites on WordPress Network (Multisite) platform and other digital projects as assigned. The successful candidate would be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and updating plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred. Job Responsibilities: Design beautiful aesthetically pleasing websites on platforms like Wordpress, Shopify. etc Designing and developing websites architecture as well as building new features and functionalities Building and implementing new themes and plugins Building the website front-end and conducting website performance tests Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors Handling the backend of the website, including database and server integration Ensuring high-performance and managing all the technical aspects of the CMS Maintain well-documented and reusable code Knowledge of building ecommerce websites, dynamic websites Work on accomplishing day-to-day tasks under the supervisor's guidance Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver quality products Continuously drive initiatives and improvements on the front-end engineering, UI/UX design, and brand contributions Add new features and scale the existing services Experience At least 2+ years of experience as a front-End developer using Wordpress Experience building websites using HTML/CSS/Javascript, Ajax, react, Wordpress, larval, PHP Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery) and their libraries Creation of custom post types. Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with WordPress coding standards. Creation of clean, logical, well documented and reusable code. Familiarity with versioning tools such as Git or Bitbucket Experience working with debugging tools Ability to handle and manage projects Good communicator Should be able to work independently under little guidance Job Types: Part-time (Remote) Salary: INR 10,000.00 to 15,000 per month.
