Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Kamal Jewellers located in Dehradun. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the Director's daily tasks and appointments, as well as organizing travel arrangements, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth communication with external parties. The Personal Assistant will be required to maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive information and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills High level of attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Bachelor's degree or equivalent. experience is preferred
