About Primathon Primathon is a fast-growing technology services company now expanding into marketing services. As we launch our performance marketing vertical, were looking to partner with D2C brands to help them scale through high-ROI digital campaigns. We're building a team that understands both product and performance. Role Overview Were seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads and a proven track record of scaling D2C e-commerce brands through direct sales campaigns. Your primary focus will be running performance-driven campaigns that generate measurable revenue for our clients. Google Ads experience is a plus, but Meta is the core channel for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
Demonstrated success in scaling D2C e-commerce brands using Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics: ROAS, LTV, AOV, CAC, conversion rate, etc.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
Hands-on experience with product catalogs, dynamic ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-backed decisions.
