Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based at our Rajkot office. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also manage a team of sales professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends. Qualifications Proven. track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field Experience in the software industry is a plus Familiarity with Windows operating systems is a plus
