Roles and Responsibility/Job Description
FTC will assist in the collateral release function, which involves releasing collaterals after a loan is paid off. They must conduct thorough system due diligence to confirm that the client has settled the loan and that the associated collateral is not tied to any other active exposure for the client. The processor is responsible for reviewing the loan system, credit system, and collateral/loan-related documents to complete their assessment before releasing the collateral.
