Job Description: The Engineer II, Software Development will be an integral part of an Agile software development team responsible for the quality and value of the healthcare software applications provided to our customers. The incumbent will configure, code, and document software specifications throughout the life cycle of assigned projects. Nextgens EHR system is used by thousands of Doctors and Nurses and clinical admins in several hundreds of clinics and hospitals. Nextgens mobile app focuses on improving doctors productivity, meaning, we want the doctor to spend more time with the patients, not with the computers. The type of doctors we focus. on tend to write more notes about patient visits and it takes a long time to do so. Also, it takes time to search for patient information on computer. So, the mobile app comes in handy in this situation. When the doctor walks into the patient's room he/she has all the information about the patient readily available in her hand. The doctor does not have to sit and write any notes on the computer instead she can simply talk to the app. Behind the scenes we take the audio and send to speech recognition engine to convert to text, proofread it, and then document it as an Electronic Health Record. This saves a lot of time for the doctor and allows them to be more productive and see a few more patients every day. AI/ML and NLU technologies are used in the app to enhance the productivity of doctors further. We are looking for an iOSdeveloper who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Responsibilities: Design anddevelop advanced universal application for the iOS platform. Making sure that application meets the quality. Making sure that application is scalable for future scope. Responsible for troubleshooting the production issues and taking the timely action. Collaborate with multiple platform teams. Working in Agile methodologies to ship new features in a time boxed release plan. Skills: Good and strong knowledge inSwift latest versionandObjective C. 3-6 yearsProfessional hands-on experience in iOSdevelopment. Proficient Knowledge onMVVMarchitectural pattern and other Design Pattern is must. Should have strong knowledge inUnit testing. Should have strong knowledge and experience withiOS frameworks. Experience inSQLiteis plus andSwift UI, Combineis plus. Understanding of full mobiledevelopment life cycle. Should have strong knowledge on handling data more secure. Should have professional knowledge in code versioning control (e.g.Git). Understanding and following Apples design principle and Human Interface Guidelines. Knowledge on Healthcare domain is an extra advantage. Knowledge on developing frameworks and private pods/ Swift packages. Knowledge on integrating third party frameworks and SDKs.
