No. Of implementations Min 2-3 end to end implementations in PM ( atleast 1 in SAP S/4 HANA) Min 2 support & rollout projects Min 1 project hands on experience in HANA Migration Mandatory Technical Skills Should have Min 3 years of domain experience in Manufacturing Industry in Plant Maintenance Strong Hands-on experience in implementation and Support experience in SAP PM (including Preventive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Notification Management, Maintenance plan/Order processing /Refurbishment scenarios Breakdown Process, Integration with FI-CO, PP,QM,MM, month end closing in ECC6.0 and S/4HANA versions - especially in Migration Projects is a must ( Should be able to articualte clearly the functionalty difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA) Strong Hands-on experience in Notification Management: - Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order Strong Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance: -Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan. Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring Strong Hands-on experience in Maintenance Order Management: - Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance Excellent hands on experience in critical shop floor implementation projects Good knowledge on Business processes in Production & Process industries / Discrete or REM type & KANBAN industries Strong Hands-on experience in Integration points with MM, FICO, PP & QM & Third Party Software Integrations Strong Hands-on experience in Relevant Masters Creation, Masterdata Management & Organization Structure Should have an excellent exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables Should be able to analyse, design and implement best practices and client business processes Extended knowledge and experience on WRICEF (W orkflows, R eports, I nterface, C onversion, E nhancements, and F orms) and Could be able to work with ABAP Team on the Business Customizations Good Understanding on LSMW/ LTMC / SAP Queries & Solution Manager Good understanding of SAP Fiori apps Optional Technical Skills Minimum ABAP debugging skills Mandatory Soft Skills Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills Should have good attitude and learning desire Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides Should have Good client handling skills Should be able to manage customer independently Should be ready to relocate to any location in India or outside India Should have team building and collaborative working skills
