Job Description

Role Definition:

Structural design management and coordination
Value engineering to optimize structural design and reduce costs

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate the Design Basis Report (DBR) prepared by structural consultants
Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, and other design teams for seamless integration
Collaborate with the Operations Head to finalize suitable construction technologies
Review and validate the contractors Quality Manual
Certify structural-related bills as required
Coordinate with cost consultants to derive project costs at various stages of design and execution
