Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : minimum 15 years of full-time education Key Reponsibilities : A Storage administration SAN and NAS and Fabric Management B: Administering and supporting Netapp-Cluster-Mode , and HP 3Par and Huawei C: Advance troubleshoot of hardware and. performance related issues and resource/capacity planning D: Hands on experience working in a large fiber channel SAN with multiple directors, servers, and storage frames E: Should be able to Configure local and remote replication F: Strong knowledge on performance analysis factors of Storage Arrays Technical Experience : A: 5-7 years of experience in Storage Administration with Netapp and HP Storage B: Expertise and hands and Troubleshooting SAN Configuration, SRDF/Clone/Snapshot/Snapvault C: Good working experience with Brocade and Cisco fabric switches D: Strong knowledge on performance analysis factors of Storage Arrays E: Resolves technical issues of moderate to a high level of complexity Works with vendors as needed to ensure problem resolution F: Good understanding of VMware, Linux and Windows Professional Attributes : 1: Good communication 2: Teamwork 3: Problem Solving Capabilities 4: Work Planning and Management 5: Quick Learner 6: Eager to take on responsible task 7: Dedicated and Focused
