Role-Desktop support / O365 / Laptop support

Desired Competencies
Must-Have
- Proven experience as a help desk technician.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Basic understanding of computer systems.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- 2 years' experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic technical Knowledge.
Good-to-Have
- Experienced resources with good communication knowledge.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries on phone.
2 Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
3 Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
4 Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
5 Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
6 Dealing with problems for hardware, such as servers, computers and printers, and software programs
