Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Lead located in Mumbai. The Interior Design Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with space planning, communication, interior design, furniture, and FF&E. They will also be responsible for managing and. coordinating project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards, and liaising with clients and internal teams. Qualifications Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams Experience in Furniture and FF&E management Proficient in software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables Experience managing a team of designers Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of sustainable/green design practices, previous experience working on commercial/office interior projects, and familiarity with building codes and regulations
