Position Manager: Legal
Job responsibilities:
1. Due diligence of Properties
2. Preparing sales or lease deeds
3. Dealing with Litigations.
4. Adept in local land-related laws and bylaws.
5. Understanding of city master plans.
Skills & competencies:
1. Number of sites acquired with complete legal clearance, successfully.
2. The amount of due diligence done successfully in the stipulated time.
3. Compliance with statutory/legal requirements.
4. The number of legal cases in a circle.
