Job Description

Job Description Design, configure, and implement Avaya telecommunications systems, including Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Manager, and Avaya IP Office. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the Avaya telecom infrastructure meets business needs. Install, upgrade, and maintain Avaya telecom equipment, servers, gateways, switches, and endpoints. Monitor system performance and network traffic, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Avaya telecom systems, including voice quality, connectivity, and integration problems. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolve user-reported issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance their understanding of Avaya telecom systems. Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of communication data. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure telecom equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective service delivery. Stay updated with Avaya product releases, patches, and firmware updates, evaluate their applicability, and plan and execute system upgrades accordingly. Document system configurations, network diagrams, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base
