Job Role = 

 

1. Handling Inquiries: Customer service executives are responsible for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

2. Providing Information: They provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.

3. Resolving Issues: Customer service executives troubleshoot problems and find solutions to customer issues, which may involve coordinating with other departments or escalating complex problems to higher levels of management.

4. Processing Orders and Returns: They assist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and issuing refunds or credits as necessary.

5. Maintaining Records: Customer service executives often maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required.
