International Travel Sales Process

Location -  Gurugram

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 10+2 with at least 1 year Experience in International Travel Sales

- Or any Graduate Fresher / Graduate with Experience.

Shifts & Week off

- 24 by 7 environment, including night shifts.

- 2 Week off in a week (might not be a Saturday / Sunday).

- If training happens on a 6th day (in a week) then Trainee would be extra 800 Rs (8 Hrs) / 6th Day.

Transport Facility

- Both Side transport / Metro Pick and Drop depending on location.

Compensation / Salary / CTC

- Up to 4,80,000 Per Annum (Depending on Experience and last drawn Salary)

- Variable Incentives Up to 5,000 Per Month (Post Training).

- We provide training on GDS.

Incentives

- We provide training on GDS.

- Process Incentives up to 60,000 Per Annum

- Over Time (as and when applicable)

- Attendance / Special Bonus (as and when applicable)

- Client Incentives (as and when applicable)

Interview Rounds

- HR Interview - Fitment check.

- Spoken English Test - Versant Englist Test . VET Required- 69 (67/68 as an Exception)

- Witten English Test Versant Written Test. VWT Required- 67 (Exception on case to case basis)

- Training / Operations Interview.

- Typing Test (38 WPM/ 95% Accuracy)
