QA Automation Engineer Web, Desktop, Mobile Testing (WebdriverIO Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with experience in web, desktop, and mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of test planning, execution, bug tracking, and automation frameworks like WebdriverIO, Selenium, or Playwright. You will work closely with development and support teams to enhance product quality and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute acceptance test runs for release candidates using existing test plans
  
• Identify test coverage gaps and contribute new test cases for improved reliability
  
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks for web platforms
  
• Collaborate with developers to file and verify bugs and ensure timely fixes
  
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
  
• Manage Mac and Windows desktop environments for testing
  
• Perform performance, load, and security testing when needed
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Mandatory Skills:
• 5-6years of experience in software testing (web, desktop, and mobile platforms)
  
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools like WebdriverIO, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
  
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or related scripting languages
  
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments
  
• Experience with bug tracking tools and test case management systems
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills
