Role Overview: As the Co-founder - Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary direction of our kitchen. You will have the opportunity to lead menu development, recipe creation, and kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Source high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation. Stay updated on food trends and customer preferences to continuously improve our offerings. Requirements: Proven. experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills and creativity to develop unique and appealing menus. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Passion for food innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
