Job Description

: As a Store Manager at our FMCG Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and management of our retail store. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the store's staff and resources efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation: Setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and monitoring performance to maximize revenue and profitability.

2. Customer Service: Ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance from store staff, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

3. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback for performance improvement.

4. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and implementing systems to minimize stock shrinkage and obsolescence.

5. Merchandising: Planning and implementing attractive product displays, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

6. Financial Management: Monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and preparing budgets to ensure the store operates within established financial targets.

7. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations governing retail operations, including health and safety standards.

8. Reporting: Generating reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics, and providing regular updates to management on store operations and performance.
