Job Description

We are currently looking for suitable candidate for the position of E- tendering Manager for our organization. Roles & Responsibilities- Work strategically with the management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities /challenges, and provide recommended solutions to create a winning probability. Online and offline BID submissions along with Queries / Clarifications responses abiding Tender process guidelines Issuance and sharing of Tender BID documents with all concerned as per Tender terms The candidate should be well-acquitted with all online portals like GEM, E-procurement, and others. Familiarity of GEM, Government eProcurement, RFP process To manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities Preparing and reviewing the bid submission documents Preparing of Statement of compliance and other bid documents Tracking of opportunities on Indian tender sites and international tender sites Ensure timely delivery of compliant and. commercially sound bids Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award Helping sales teams on Supplier Empanelment/ Vendor Registrations / RFIs / RFQs. Required Candidate profile Must have 2-year experience only for tendering. Achieve EMD & Security Deposit Waiver Fulfillment of project scope Feedback collection Proper Record Keeping of all Bids Skilled on Microsoft Office Excel, Word etc. Must be an excellent communicator.
