Role Description This is a full-time Area Sales Manager role in Kochi, responsible for managing the sales team's performance and achieving the team's targets and goals. The Area Sales Manager is also responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, organization, and planning skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyze sales data and devise effective strategies to improve sales performance. Experience in the healthcare industry. or related field is a plus
