Job Description

: As a Travel Consultant in the Customer Support department at RatesPro Travel, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their travel needs and providing excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Assistance: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Booking Support: Assist clients. in making travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services. 3. Itinerary Planning: Create and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and needs. 4. Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve client issues, including changes to travel plans, cancellations, and other travel-related challenges. 5. Travel Expertise: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients. 6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their travel needs are met. 7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate travel documentation, including e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and other travel-related documents. 8. Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus). - Previous experience in customer support or travel consulting is must - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software. - Knowledge of travel destinations and travel industry trends. - Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. - Fluency in English (additional languages may be a plus).
