Job Description
We are currently seeking highly organized and efficient individuals to join our organization as a Personal Secretary for our CEO. As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires exceptional communication skills in English, proficiency in drafting professional emails, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work in Kochi. Experience preferred: 3-5 years. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, maintaining effective communication and managing their calendar, appointments, and meetings. Draft, proofread, and edit emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents on behalf of the CEO. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails, responding promptly and accurately. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights. hotels, and ground transportation. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports on various topics as requested by the CEO. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate seamless workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage and maintain records, files, and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. Requirements: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technically knowledgeable and proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and information. Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or in an administrative role is preferred
