Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking for a Scrum Master with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive agile practices and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of Kanban SAFE and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and agile teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to maintain team alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments that hinder project progress.
- Ensure that agile principles and best practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of customer-centric practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of agile initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members on agile methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.
- Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer processes.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Kanban SAFE Agile and CX-Scrum Master methodologies.
- Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide agile teams effectively.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Have a proven track record of driving agile transformations and delivering successful projects.
- Be adept at identifying and resolving project impediments promptly.
- Display a commitment to continuous improvement and customer-centric practices.
