We are looking for a candidate with a profound understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms, possessing exceptional bidding skills for various IT services. This role involves proactively seeking, bidding, and securing projects across a diverse range of IT domains. He/She must know about proposal making, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements. Identifying business opportunities to grow the business. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understanding the services offered by the company. Handling technical queries of clients and making decisions based on client communication. Requirements: Glad to see you succeed. For success, you will need. Experience required- 1-3 years Excellent. written and verbal communication Should be familiar with Online Bidding Portals such as UpWork, Guru, PPH, Fiver, and Freelance. He/She must have knowledge of proposal-making and cover letters. Maintain knowledge of all services offered by the company. Must be capable of lead identification & potential new markets. Candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with technologies. Must be Innovative, knowledgeable and hard-working. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to work independently. Coordinating with other departments within the organization
