Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- UI Design for Mobile and Web-Apps; scoring high on usability improvements, building products from scratch with inclusive design for WCAG AAA/AA Guidelines.
- UX Design Screens and Flows adhering to Usability Heuristics
- Define Research Goals, Plan and Execute User Research. Choose right research methods, recruit right users, communicate research idea.
- Rapid prototypes created through short design sprints for customer/stakeholder feedback
- Analyse User or Stakeholder feedback with - Usability Tests, Card sorting or Affinity Analysis.
- Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback/research
- Iterate/Create Design System Guidelines for pivoting the UX towards better accessibility
- Engage in customer connects to understand the thought process of the end user and the sponsors and ensure their UX requirements are addressed.
- Interaction with internal cross functional departments s stakeholders, conduct usability workshops, aggregate feedback
- Contribute to building a UX strategy on an iterative and empirical mode to align with Company vision
along with team leads; including utilizing AI Tools for productivity gains.
Desired Skills s Experience:
Bachelors / Masters degree in Design or Equivalent experience in building complex business use cases for the B2B space
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in design for web/mobile apps through extensive research s collaboration with Product Engineering teams.
- Fluency in mobile/web-app based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Extensive knowledge on heuristic principles, implementation s usability testing methods. Knowledge on remote user testing methodologies
- Experienced with human-computer interaction (HCI), Visual Design, and Interaction Design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Zeplin, Miro, Illustrator is desirable.
