Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Referral Executive located in Kerala, India. The Referral Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with doctors and medical professionals to generate referrals and increase patient volume. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of healthcare and medical sales. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare. Administration. At least 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, or business development. Experience in building relationships with medical professionals and generating referrals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Knowledge of healthcare marketing and sales techniques, including market research, analysis, and strategic planning. Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for healthcare. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required
