Job Description: Responsible for UK/US client, handling queries, appropriate assistance. Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills. Candidate should possess excellent English oral and written communication skills. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way. Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically. Following up with customers for any further information. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools. Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the perspective of the customer. Should be flexible with the shifts. International Voice Process experience preferred. Eligibility: Work Mode: Work from Office (Night Shift) Working days: 5 days with 1 day rotational off and Sunday - Fixed Off. Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners and candidates with a Notice Period not more than 30 days . Preferred Languages: English Excellent communication skills are Mandatory. Qualification Required: Graduates & undergraduate.
