We have 80+ cloud kitchen across India, including Gurgaon, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai. Role Description Bakingo is looking for a Manager/Deputy Manager-Talent Acquisition to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time on-site role based out of Gurgaon. As a Manager/Deputy Manager-Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle of employees, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, offer negotiations, and onboarding. You will also collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and requirements, provide timely feedback to candidates, and manage vendor relationships. Qualifications At least 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources 3 to 4 years of team handling experience. Experience recruiting positions in. a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in the food industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and prioritize workload Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruitment techniques Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
