3- 6 years of training experience
Content development experience
Retail / FMCG experience preferred.
1500 associates management & non management. INTERNAL (Roles or teams you need to interact with internally in the organization on a day to day basis)
Field Leadership Team
Market Operations Manager & Store Manager
MHRMS and SHRMS
HO talent team
SMEs
EXTERNAL (Roles you need to interact with outside the organization on a day to day basis)
Prospective training vendors. Training Need Analysis
Coordinate to ensure completion of TNI in the Markets as per timelines
Interact periodically with relevant stakeholders to re- align TNI and consolidate the same for the Markets
Evaluate Training Effectiveness through assessments / observations / feedback and drive corrective measures
