The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting senior managers in planning, implementing, and managing key projects and programs across various departments. The Assistant Manager will also lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals, ensure effective monitoring of progress, and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, operations management, or a related field Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to. proactively identify and address issues to ensure project success Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software Experience in the power sector industry is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility and adaptability to manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
